Processing & Handling Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We ship across Australia using Australia Post and Sendle.

✅ Standard Shipping:

Orders under $48 incur a flat rate of $9.95.

Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping (conditions apply).

⚖️ Weight Limit:

Maximum shipping weight is 3kg per order.

Free shipping applies only to orders that do not exceed the 3kg weight limit.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time:

Up to 7 business days (depending on location).

No express shipping is available at this time.

Local pickup is not currently available. This option may be offered in the future — we’ll update our customers once it becomes available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.

Luck E Charms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at luckecharmsau@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
